Mr. AD a convicted killer of his own wife and a young man is admitted in the hospital under the supervision of Dr Karki. Dr. Karki develops a good bonding and becomes curious to know what happened in the life of Mr. AD which has lead to murder, in his last days in the hospital Mr. AD writes a letter to the Doctor with his confession revealing the circumstances and incidents leading to murder of his wife.
